Reviews
Matsusaka beef eaten sukiyaki style. The beef melts in your mouth. Great service by the staff.
very delicious
I had always wanted to come, but the fact that I had to enter the store by 6:30 pm made it difficult for me to come. Just after 3pm the day before, I thought to myself, ``Today is the day!'' but I saw a sign that said ``Closed today''...and sure enough, there was a holiday calendar on the homepage...
The next day I regained my composure and came.
I was drawn to the special menu (120th Anniversary Western Meal Set, ¥11,000 including tax) of a restaurant with a history of 120 years, so I couldn't help but order it. Other than the price, it was the perfect option for me as I was wondering if I wanted to order at least two of the hamburgers, beef cutlets, and steaks. All of the dishes I tried were delicious, and I was able to enjoy a professional taste that was different from sukiyaki.
For dinner, I entered the restaurant a little early, and at that time I was the only one seated on the first floor. However, around 6pm, customers started arriving one after another and it started to become lively.
☆☆☆☆☆ Highly recommended!
★★★★ I want to go again/plan to go again ← This store is here!

☆☆Hmm, I can't recommend it.
☆This is no good
A Western-style restaurant that offers pleasant hospitality.
Counter seats are on the first floor, and table seats are on the second floor.
There is a restaurant and a Japanese-style restaurant with separate entrances.
I was able to sit down easily because I entered the store late.
I think it's reasonable for Matsusaka beef, but if you look at it as a single item, it's still expensive.
However, it was a perfect shop for a little luxury when traveling.
It is one of the shops I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity.
Since all items are Matsusaka beef, I was confused, but I was satisfied with the volume.
The only disappointment was that the red soup stock was too thick.
Hamburger set meal is recommended. It was the most delicious hamburger I have ever eaten in my life. Excellent demi-glace sauce and juicy meat. The second floor is like a private room and the clerk is kind to children, so you can visit even with children. It is recommended to stop by when you go to Matsusaka.
I visited for the first time in a while when I returned to Mie.
When I looked at the menu, I saw a mention of a Western-style bowl with demi-glace sauce, so I ordered the cutlet bowl and the grilled set meal.
The katsudon is of course made with beef cutlet, which is fried crispy and the meat is soft and delicious.
The meat in the grilled set meal was also tender, and I once again thought that it was of the highest quality.
Considering it was lunchtime during the Obon holiday, there were not many customers...
The parking lot is full of out-of-prefecture license plates.
The price is reasonable, but I think you will be satisfied.
I eat omelet rice every time.
The ingredients are beef instead of chicken.
As expected from the name.
I've never had beef omelet rice anywhere else other than here, but I think it's possible.
The hamburgers are also delicious.
I like the rustic taste with a retro feel.
I'll visit you again. thank you
Due to my train schedule on the way home, I looked for a restaurant in Matsusaka where I could eat at around 3:30 p.m., and found Matsusaka Beef (pronounced ``Matsusakauushi'') ``Kin'' → Wadakin and ``Gin'' → Beef Gin. Among them, Gyugin's Western restaurant Gyugin was open, so I immediately parked my rental car in front of the store and started using it.
◾️Cooking/Taste
I chose the yakiniku set meal for 2,750 yen, and my companion chose the hamburger set meal (demi-glace sauce) for 2,420 yen. These two menus are great value menus where you can enjoy Matsusaka beef for around 2,000 yen.
The hamburger steak is coarsely ground with just the right amount of seasoning, and is served with a sweet demi-glace sauce. The grilled meat is said to be a particularly popular menu, probably because it allows you to enjoy the unique taste of Matsusaka beef at a low price. .
Like the sirloin sukiyaki at Taiya Ryokan that I ate the other day, the quality of the beef fat was probably good, as it was light and easy on the stomach, and it had the flavor that only fat can provide. I had the same impression of the Iga beef I had as a steak in Iga, so I had the same impression of high quality beef as a whole.
If you look at the Matsusaka Beef website, scientifically speaking,
``Matsuzaka beef has a low melting point because it has a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids, so it melts in your mouth quickly and has a smooth taste.''
That's what he said.
In particular, the quality of the meat varies considerably depending on the cut, such as sirloin rather than rib meat, and when I eat sirloin in particular, I can feel that it is completely marbled and overwhelmingly delicious.
Therefore, in the sense of ``bringing out the true potential of Matsusaka beef,'' you should choose sirloin that is of higher quality and has more marbling.I think that ``expensive meat is expensive for a reason.''
In addition, the miso soup was red soup stock.
◾️Service/Atmosphere
Since we visited halfway around the time, there were only two groups of customers including us, so I can't imagine what the atmosphere would be like during core hours, but it was a relaxing and quiet store with plenty of customer service, so we were able to relax and spend a lot of time there. You can pour it over and eat it.
The atmosphere is reminiscent of the Taisho to early Showa era. The pendant was particularly stylish, so I took a photo of it.
